What is WM Arte Gallery?
WM Arte Gallery ("West Art East") is an art gallery and project space in Kuala Lumpur with a Paris link through Galerie Martel. It is built around the illustrator Lihuà, runs exhibitions, sells limited-edition prints on enquiry, and takes illustration, branding and consulting work.
It was founded by Lihuà (Wong Lai Wah), co-founder Simone Mattotti (the gallery's referent for Paris and Brussels through Galerie Martel) and co-founder and CEO Michele Mattotti, Simone's cousin, who runs the Kuala Lumpur programme day to day with Lihuà.
